RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We value your business and want you to be 100% happy with your online purchase.
- All regular sale items made in store are returnable for exchange or store credit only within 14 days of purchase.
- All sale items, are final sale.
- Any items discounted at 10% or greater are FINAL SALE. NO refunds. NO store credit. NO exchanges.
If you are unhappy with your purchase we will accept an exchange or store credit of any full priced items (excluding swimwear, intimates, earrings, body care & sale items) within 14 days from when you received your order. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a exchange or store credit.
- All items should be returned in their original condition with all tags attached. Several types of goods are exempt from being exchanged; Sale items or any item purchased with a discount/promo code, intimates, swimwear or body care CANNOT be exchanged.
- Please email us within 14 days of receiving the package via email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will then send you exchange instructions.
- Once your exchange is received and inspected/approved we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and your store credit will be sent in a separate email.
- International customers are responsible for any duties incurred at the border.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and back out to you if needed. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Items must NOT be worn, washed, or damaged and must have all the with all original tags.
- All international purchases are shipped via Canada Post. Canada Post will pass the package on to your National Post in whichever country you are ordering from. Please be aware there may be processing fees, duties or taxes charged by your government which are the purchasers responsibility.
- All shipping and handling charges are non refundable.
Delivery times are only estimates. Delays often occur if the package is crossing a border, or delivery falls during a holiday. We do not assume any responsibility for delivery times.
